Jan Tecl

Jan Tecl is a very important member of our team in EKP Advisory. He is a participant of VAT and international taxation section in the Chamber of Tax Consultants of the Czech Republic. His main specialization primarily are value added tax, corporate income tax, international taxation and business combinations. He focuses on the real estates and related issues.

He graduated in the University of Economics in Prague and during his studies he passed the exams and became a certified tax advisor. He remained active at the university ever since he finished his master’s degree and currently Jan is giving lectures in the Faculty of Finance and Accounting. During his PhD studies he mainly concentrates on the taxation and public finance.

Jan Tecl will help you with many types of tax returns, such as VAT tax return or corporate income tax return. He also aims at international taxation or tax consequences of business transformations. Further, he is a specialist on tax inspections and tax disputes, and he can represent you in the communication with Tax Authority.

Thanks to over 10 years of experience Jan provides expert opinions and assessments related to taxation and accounting. Besides the long-term cooperation you can reach Jan Tecl for ad-hoc consultancy. During his career he has already helped with loads of business transformations and related accounting advisory. In some cases, he provided consultancy to a group including 20 real-estate companies with a foreign element or he implemented tax and reporting systems in many start-ups.
